- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My girlfriend has had 4 breast cancer tumors previously and the office knows this. She is having pain and asked for a referral which Chelsea in the office said she would expedite. After a week of no results, Chelsea admitted she made a mistake and would correct it (nice that she was being accountable). Then after another week, we got Blue Shield involved who confirmed Chelsea still did not submit the paperwork (which she now lied about) and when trying to get an office manager on the phone, she apparently was leaving for vacation that day and could not take a call. US Healthcare at its best and more specifically, a very uncaring and hurtful staff at this office who apparently have never gone through something like this and clearly have no feeling for people who are.
