  Called the place and some lady had no idea what she was talking about then when i told her i would like to make an appointment for an ultrasound she said we dont offer prenatal here and just hung up on me. Ive had a lot of friends go to planned parenthood for their pregnancies and said it was great. But not this time around. Stear clear of these a-holes

  I have never had such a bad experience to the point where I walked out. The staff took the wrong person back for my appointment... used my chart and gave her exam and testing with my name on it. How does a health establishment not verify that they have the correct person... many people in the world have the same first name... then when I expressed my concern with my name on her tests I was told it didnt concern me. They were not professional at all. Acted as though it was my fault the nurse didnt make sure she had the right jessica in her exam room. I am absolutly stunned that this happened annnd they were so rude about it. Do not go please!
